LEAD — Leadership, Management, Shadowing and Mentorship

Shadowing Experience

The shadowing experience provides purposeful exposure to leadership in practice. Its duration, combination and sequencing are informed by the participant’s profile, recommended pathway, development priorities and the developmental value of each proposed mentoring environment.

Typical pathway architecture

These are maximums, not entitlements or fixed packages. Not every participant requires the maximum duration or number of institutional exposures. No placement is confirmed without approval by authorised programme and partner representatives.

A structured experience

The programme may include an individual shadowing development plan, defined learning objectives, confidentiality requirements, scheduled observation, mentoring, reflective activity, attendance records, feedback and final evaluation.
